Charging standard
1. Merchant joining fee: deposit+annual joining fee
The deposit is RMB 10,000-20,000 per store (to ensure that merchants' entry into the platform complies with the platform rules and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of consumption and the platform; when the merchant exits the market and platform, the deposit will be returned immediately); the annual joining fee is RMB 1,000-5,000 per store, and different annual fee standards are set according to the needs of stores.
Assumption: 300 stores will join the platform in the first phase, and they are charged at the minimum deposit and annual fee
300*10000+300*1000=3300000 (minimum circulating capital in one year)
2. Advertising fee: it covers platform home page advertising, product's home page recommendation, activity package recommendation, and product's interior page advertising recommendation. The charge for home page advertising is calculated on a monthly basis in the early stage according to the standard, and in the later stage, can be charged on a daily basis after the number of registered businesses and consumers on the platform increases.
Let's take home page ads as a calculation: it is assumed that the average unit price of home page advertising is RMB 3,000/month, with a total of 15 advertisements, and there are 30 product recommendation places on the home page, with the average unit price of each recommendation place being RMB 1,000/month
3000*15*12+1000*30*12=900000
The above accounting is carried out according to the minimum standard, which is also the lowest advertising place revenue in a year
3. Platform transaction commission: 1% of the online transaction of the platform is charged as the commission
If the annual transaction volume of the platform is assumed to reach RMB 150 million, the transaction commission of the platform will be RMB 15 million
4. Shop decoration service: the platform technical maintenance fee is mainly for the merchants who are unwilling to manage the platform themselves, and these merchants can be charged separately for the management fee and maintenance fee
5. Cash flow: The online operation of all transactions on the platform will achieve a huge cash flow, which can support better marketing and promotion of the platform, as well as help the platform to realize the capital operation.
If the daily transaction flow is assumed to be RMB 1 million, and the settlement is made with the merchant in one month, the monthly cash flow of the platform will be RMB 30 million.
