Adolescent girls should pay attention to iron supplementation:
1. The most common and convenient way is dietary iron supplementation. Usually eat more iron-rich foods, such as animal liver, kidney, blood, lean meat, eggs, seafood such as fish, shrimp, seaweed, kelp, jellyfish, soybean products, red dates, black fungus, etc.
2. Cooking in an iron pot can increase the iron in food by 10-19 times. At the same time, when the iron pot is in a high temperature state, due to the effect of seasoning and the stirring of the shovel and spoon, the inorganic iron particles on the inner surface of the pot fall off, which is convenient for human body to absorb.
3. Diversify your usual diet, avoid partial eclipse, let alone go on a diet blindly.
4. For girls who are obviously deficient in iron, they should be supplemented with iron medicines in time under the guidance of a doctor, such as ferrous gluconate, ferrous sulfate, artificial blood tonics, etc.
